Quitting immediately after receiving a PIP isn’t always the best option. A PIP can be an opportunity to address issues and prove your value. Take time to understand the expectations, reflect on feedback, and decide based on your ability and willingness to meet the goals. If you feel the plan is unfair or the environment is toxic, consider other options—but quitting should be a last resort.
